Terms and conditions

The Agreement between User and Casino Classic governs each use that User makes of services or software provided by Casino Classic.

1. USE OF SERVICES OR SOFTWARE

Casino Classic provides access to various tools, applications, and other resources (collectively "services") for User's personal information management. User shall not copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any services.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

The fees associated with the use of Casino Classic are detailed in a separate agreement between User and Casino Classic (the "Payment Agreement"). All transactions are processed in CAD unless otherwise specified.

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Casino Classic trademarks and service marks, domain names and logos shall be retained exclusively by Casino Classic.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

User is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of passwords and access credentials used with services. In accordance with Canadian privacy standards, users must ensure their account details are kept confidential to prevent unauthorized access.

5. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

Casino Classic has a policy against abuse and may cancel or terminate User's account if User engages in any conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations or these Terms and Conditions.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration as provided by the relevant laws of Canada and the applicable provincial jurisdiction.
